The 72-hour Bond-Back Guarantee

Every bond clean we do is backed by a written guarantee. If your property manager rejects any item from our standard REIQ-aligned exit-clean checklist, we'll come back and re-clean those items at no charge — provided you let us know within 72 hours of the original clean.

How it works

  1. Book a bond clean. Your booking confirmation includes the full checklist your cleaner will follow.
  2. We complete the clean and document it. Photos of every key area are uploaded to your booking record.
  3. If the agent finds an issue, contact us within 72 hours. Forward the inspection report or list the items.
  4. We come back and re-clean the flagged items. No new invoice, no new quote — just the fix.

What's covered

Every item on the standard REIQ exit-clean checklist that we performed during the original visit. This includes ovens, range hoods, bathroom fittings, walls (spot clean), skirting boards, blinds, window tracks, wardrobes and floors.

What's not covered

  • Items added after the clean (new tenant moves in, repairs are made).
  • Pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear listed on the entry condition report.
  • Outdoor areas, gardens, lawns and pools (not part of standard exit-clean scope unless added).
  • Carpet stains and pest issues, unless those add-ons were also booked.
