How does the bond-back guarantee work?
If your property manager rejects the clean for any item on our standard checklist, contact us within 72 hours of the clean and we'll return to re-clean those items at no extra cost. Documented on every booking confirmation.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most bond cleans happen after you've handed back the keys. We coordinate access with your agent or use a lockbox.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
Carpet steam cleaning is a recommended add-on (typically required by your lease). Add it at booking for a discounted bundle rate.
How long does a bond clean take?
Between 4 hours (1-bedroom unit) and 10 hours (4-bedroom house). We usually send a 2-cleaner crew so jobs complete in a single visit.
